International Businesses - All prices are in AUD and all orders will be individually quoted postage before any payments are accepted to ensure you are aware of shipping charges to your location. You are welcome to contact us prior to any order to get a shipping estimate.




Please provide 3 current suppliers.
These are ANY 3 businesses you currently purchase from, for your business either wholesale or dropshipping.
We may have [or in discussions with] a supplier [on your list] who you can also purchase stock from to help you.
We will let you know if one of your suppliers is or will be stocking any of our items in the future to help with your business.
*NOTE* This is not for credit. We do not offer credit accounts to any businesses, wholesale or drop shipping. ALL orders must be paid upfront.

All wholesale accounts are pre-paid. Payments for all accounts are PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. No orders are processed until full payment has cleared our account.
All new wholesale accounts require a first order minimum of $200. Future order minimum is $100. MOQ does not include postage costs or business aids.
Any times quoted for delivery is estimates only and Gem Candles shall not be liable for failure to deliver, or any delay in delivery. Any deliveries with boxes and product damaged in transit, require claims to be filed with the courier company not Gem Candles. All orders incur a shipping and insurance charge.
No goods are to be returned to Gem Candles without prior authority from Gem Candles. Agreed returns must be accompanied by the appropriate authority to return goods for credit. A refund authority number will be provided by Gem Candles. Gem Candles must be contacted within 5 days of receipt of any faulty or damaged goods. Personalised products cannot be returned. Return of any product must be within 5 business days of receiving the refund authority number otherwise we will not accept returned product. 20% restocking fee applies on all returns.
Any account holders found to be selling Gem Candles by misrepresentation will have their accounts closed immediately and may risk legal action.
The customer must notify Gem Candles in writing within seven (7) days of:-
(i) The issue of any legal proceedings against the customer.
(ii) The appointment of any provisional liquidator, liquidator, receiver, receiver manager or administration to the customer.
(iii) Any alteration of the name or change in the ownership of the business name of the customer. The customer agrees that it shall be liable to Gem Candles for all goods supplied to the new owner and by Gem Candles until notice of any such change is received.
(iv) Any alteration of the business name or ownership requires a new wholesale account application to be submitted.
